After the success of The Far Side, there were a number of single panel comics that came to the newspapers. Close to Home is one of them. It's pretty funny, sort of like The Far Side, only without the cows.

This one has a theme of comics about high school, instead of just the dailies. Still pretty humorous.

A few chuckles, but this is definately "waiting room for the doctors' office" material.
