c1999. As it says on the tin. Way too easy to write this off using a pun on the title - so I shall resist. Some of the little sayings are too painful but there are a couple that are actually laugh out loud. Great stuff for the little room. No, it's not about masculine private parts! Rather, a light-hearted poke at psychiatry which made me smile.

Ok I have to give it 5 stars because:-
1. My nickname at one point was bollocks (don't ask)
2. This was a birthday present from dear friends
3. Actually it Is bollocks!

This is a parody of the small self help books (that used to be popular).

A few of little sayings / proverbs were amusing but it felt very dated.

A spoof of mindfulness-speak and the like that aims predictably broad but is funnier than I expected
