Although I do enjoy a technical read from time to time, this one was not my cup of tea for a number of reasons.

The type face was one. It looked a bit antiquated and was hard on my eyes.

Also, the book wasn't formatted as I expected. I expected a cohesive blend of chapters detailing scientific evidence, presented in an entertaining way. At the least, anecdotal evidence would have sufficed. I found neither...

The author was the world's foremost authority on color. He died in 1988. I hope the current authority is a better writer or at the least has a better editor.

I did glean a few interesting facts but that wasn't enough to sustain my interest.
