THis is the book i wanted. Less of the science of why HIIT is better for you and more emphasis on the exercises. The workouts are well described and well illustrated with plenty of good quality colour photos. I will be using it.

Almost no details of how to do HIIT. I'm OK with leaving out the why it works, it does and studies have proven that. But how? Is 20 seconds and then 40 seconds good? Or 20 minutes followed by 3? How many reps?
