A great Kiwi cookbook that is easy to use and full of great and practical meals to suit anybody. Yet to try everything but there are a lot of tabs in the book for recipes for me to try soon. Easy five stars and well worth getting regardless of if you are flatting or not.

God I needed this book when I moved out of home. It's great because it understands that as flatters you probably don't have things like scales to measure amounts with and aren't very experienced so it gives you thoughts in the front to help when you're unsure. The recipes are easy and DELICIOUS!! Especially the Christmas menu. Yum yum. And there are pictures so you can see what the food is supposed to look like. Very handy. It really gave me a good starting point with cooking and now I've progressed to more difficult cookbooks.

I HATE COOKING by the way, so to even get me in the kitchen was a a task and a half and this book managed so there you go. Though I only cook when I have to and I follow a recipe book EXACTLY.....

Just a good, easy and useful recipe book aimed at people living in flats, possibly students, who want to eat food and either don't have a great deal of experience cooking for themselves, or want to cook smaller amounts (for themselves rather than a family).

It has a nice range of recipes, fairly standard things that aren't too much fuss and that you can find the ingredients for easily.
