I genuinely thought they wouldn’t go down the incest angle (but at least Kazu wouldn’t be in a relationship with his sister even if she confessed to him)
I’ll read the next volume before I decide to drop the series or not

Not really a 5 star entry in the series (it's a little weak), I'm just off-setting one of the blatantly racist Spanish reviews that have already been posted (I reported it, but I'm not sure it will get removed).
As for claims of "incest route" and needing to "drop the series" because of that from another reviewer - there is no incest (i.e. forbidden sexual relationship), it's just the whims of an almost yandere-type little sister who has a pure-love obsession with her brother. This is is a series about losing heroines in a pseudo-romcom setting. There will be no incest, as the little sister is a losing heroine who will not win her crush. That's the whole point.
The obsessive little sister trope is super common in these kinds of lighthearted entertainment media from East Asia that you're not supposed to take super seriously; people should not be reading them if they think these kinds of tropes reflect reality at all or are in any way endorsed by the author(s) as "normal behavior" and are disturbed by that false impression. Either fix your impressions or avoid the medium.
