ספר חשוב, אני לא מאמין שרק היום אני קורא אותו, ספר גם קשה, אומנם למדתי ביסודי היסטוריה שכללה גם את סיפורי המכבים, אבל לא לפרטים האלא, הרבה מוות ורצח עם, פעם אחר פעם, שליט אחר שליט,ו ואח אחר אח שנהרג במלחמה או נרצח במרמה, סיפור קשה מאוד, ממליץ לכל אחד לקורא
