This isn't an introductory book but is well organized and easy enough to follow-along for someone not studying psychology formally. I started reading this book in order to understand the fundamentals of trait theory better. For this, I found the first part, of just over a hundred pages, valuable. Parts II and III I just flipped through for developing more interest in the first one.
