Whether you have 15 minutes, three hours or a full day, you can customize the material in Beyond the Label to suit your time frame and objectives. This resource can also be used to supplement knowledge-based training about concurrent disorders.
This book is mainly full of group activities and meant to help educate and break stigma regarding substance use and mental illness (or the co-occurrence of both). It seems that I’ve started collecting works by CAMH, but they are good resources and a couple have been recommended through my postgrad so far, so I just pick up one once in a while. I’ll have to flip more through the activities even though I’m just by myself haha
