I wish there were more stars to give this little gem. Don't say too much about your knowledge of the Bible until you read this. Schenck is brilliant yet easy to read, and he sets the record straight in many ways. He dispels some long held myths and explains how to approach the Bible to get at its truth. Fundamentalists especially need to read this Wesleyan scholar's take.
