read for work. provided good ideas on changing culture and being consistent when it’s tough but also talked about team members as essentially incompetent or unable to do anything on their own which was off putting. the team is the reason everyone succeeds

Cultural changes must happen fast and in their entirety if they hope to be successful. This book is a quick checklist on driving cultural change. Most of the points are valuable, but a few seem redundant.
