Very insightful. Reading the author's descriptions of the different levels of maturity really helped pin point my own areas of improvement and also helped recognize why I had issues with some of my past managers! Also great way to look at your kids and see where they are in the maturity scale. Highly recommend "The Maturity Factor" to all managers / leaders and family leaders (parents).
