An excellent devotional book defending creationism, true science, the Bible, and anti-evolutionism. It covers choice subjects for defending the Bible, like Anatomy, Biology Botany, Cosmology, Christian Truth, Design, Geology, and other subjects.

This book is written as a devotional with an entry for each day of the year. However I found it so fascinating that I couldn't stop with just one chapter. It's an incredible reminder of the greatness of God though His creation. It is very comforting to know that He has everything in His hands and that we are safe in His care.

This is a devotional-type book with a one page reading for each day of the year. The readings vary, though they are almost all scientific in nature. Each reading seeks to demonstrate how God has implanted his creativity into the natural world.

The book overtly articulates for young earth creationism, frequently showing the impact of a global flood on geology, biology, and other earth sciences.

Many of the readings are rather repetitive, but for the most part, the strength of the book is shown in all sorts of amazing facts that are simply amazing to read.

Along with the repetitiveness of many of the readings, the book suffers from poor editing. There are many typos in the book. All in all, a good book to read throughout the year. I read a week's readings at a type on Sunday afternoons, and just as often as not, would read aloud sections to my wife in amazement.

If you are gonna write a book with 365 arguments (one for each day of the year), you gotta actually have that number not roughly 10 with 30 examples. Also, 'Look at _____'s _____, is it amazing' is a bland argument at best. At least give us something to work with.

Overall, very disappointing and bland read. Not worth anyone's time, whether your agree with the book and want your beliefs validated or your an open minded dissenter and you want a strong argument. You aren't going to find it here.

Great arguments for Creation, I have read some refuting them but they aren’t using scientific arguments, just acting like you’d have to be crazy to believe them. Not good enough. Most make common sense.

Interesting and informative. Yet repetitive as well. At points it seems obviously written from a straight, white male’s perspective of the Bible and that made me sad.

I've learned so much about creationism with this book. My only complaint is that I would love for some of the short daily explanations to be more fleshed out, but I'm sure that information is out there elsewhere. If you are a staunch evolutionist, this book will not convert you, however, if you are looking for truth or wondering what other options exist for the universe coming into order, you may find this of interest. (Example: You know how things are always decaying and falling apart? Interesting that evolution has to have things come together to form planets, etc. ..oh, and why are there so few examples of "in-between" stages of evolution in nature for the past millions of years? Half-formed parts, eyes that don't work, etc... Just an example of some of the ideas in this book.)

This book takes advantage of the little knowledge the common person knows in science, in fact the book spends half the time attacking the parts of science that are complicated to explain. It is written in a friendly matter to try to relate and sympathize with the reader and use examples that you may have question when you were a kid or more recent. Overall if you are a christian who wants to confirm his/her belief (the targeted audience) then this book is for you. If you want to know what science has to say of the examples in this book (for example our bodies decay due to the cells in our body are falling apart due to the lack of ATP (energy) being given to the cell thus unable to retain its functions and shape) then go look it up.

Many fascinating scientific explanations supporting Creationism. Easy to read and to read aloud. I have two criticisms, though.

I think the authors repeated quite a few of their explanations in their effort to fit them into a year-long, 365 day format. Also, several readings were more doctrinal in their approach and not pertaining to evidence for Creationism at all. (A few of which I didn't personally agree with, but I tend to have that problem with many devotionals.)

Overall, an interesting teaching tool.
