I shared this book with my coworkers, each of whom share similar clerical roles. We have a lot in common and can generally relate to each chapter. It’s not super deep, more of a light-hearted poke at what it’s like to walk a day in our (Admin Assistant) shoes… and GOOD LUCK honey, because we wear stilettos and we get our steps in!

Lots of good ideas

Plenty of ideas and examples, but not very in depth. Worth a look, I will use some of the ideas.

This book is filled with information, tips and tools for administrative professionals written by a former executive assistant and now CEO of Office Dynamics and her executive assistant and a senior legal assistant. Plus they include ideas from ground level, in the trenches admins/assistants. Well written and worthwhile.
