I read Dixie Land's first two books and I liked them so much that when my son asked me what I wanted for Christmas I told him Dixie's next book and it turned out to be Exit Wounds. This was another page turner that was hard to put down once I started reading it. Dixie has a way of weaving her characters into a story where you can't guess what will happen next. You think everything is perfect and then you find that Steve and Lisa's marriage isn't so perfect after all. More suspence is woven into the story and you can't stop reading until you get to the very last page.

This review is from: Exit Wounds (Kindle Edition)
EXIT WOUNDS by Dixie Land. Again with Dixie Land's books this one has lots of action and life problems as life really is. An unexpected series of events happen, and as we see a dark side of Steven and his death, the change of his mother, and their eldest daughter. Lisa has her hands filled with lots of problems and action that turn one way and then the next in this suspenseful story. Another thriller that you can't set down. Dixie is so gifted in the way she keeps you reading. Another great book that is a must read.

I really enjoyed Exit Wounds.

A story of Lisa trying to raise her teenage daughters while her marriage was falling apart and a meddling Mother in law that has never really accepted her was just the start of Lisa's troubles when she finds herself dead smack in the middle of a murder mystery with an ending that I didn't see coming.

Good

this was a story about people who thought you could hide the things that were bad.the relationships that go down hill and end.
