This was assigned reading at work, but I thought it had a good message! It was somewhat the same old message about customer service being very important, networking, making a good impression, going the extra mile, etc. However, the presentation was fresh, and these founders of Southwest Airlines had a lot of good examples to illustrate their points. If you need some inspiration to get ahead at work or plan your career, maybe give it a try!

Great read for the working folks, especially if you've been in your job for a while and are looking for some inspiration. I assigned this to my team for a meeting and it received rave reviews, even from the regular skeptics in the crowd.

Easy and inspiring to read. Simple ideas but with large implications and benefits . Some personal n more real life examples and applications would be better
