We loved this book. After watching "Hoodwinked" we made Schnitzel and put it on a stick. Fun!! Then we watched the Sound of Music and made Schnitzel and Knudeln. Yum!! These recipes are great and simple to make.

Collection of supposedly easy Austrian recipes. Includes sections about the country and helpful cooking tips. Great photos. Tempted to make: baked paprika chicken, trout Vienna style, sacher cake, linzer cake, supper platter, and bacon bread.
