When my parents-in-law (to be) bought me the yoga set I wanted for Christmas I was really excited. The new mat, exercise ball, straps and blocks put me in mind of all sorts of crazy exercises to get me in shape. When I watched the accompanying dvd, however, I felt very let down - an hour of a man singing yoga instructions wasn't really the sort of thing I wanted, especially as the exercises didn't use any of the items.
A couple of weeks later I just happened to be in the library and spotted this book. So I decided to take it home and give it a go. And I'm glad I did. I found the book really fun - the exercises are enjoyable, it's packed with hints and tips for getting fit, and the writing style is very friendly and easy to get along with. I would have rated five stars if it weren't for the fact that some of the instructions were a little confusing, and I often found myself rereading instead of exercising. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants some fun tips for how to use their exercise ball.
I enjoyed it so much, I even bought myself a copy!
