I liked the way Many presented his thoughts and ideas. It was very simple and understanding even for nulls in investment.
I totally recommend it.

A very inspiring upbringing for anyone who is starting out with nothing. On the other hand, real estate doesn't work like this anymore and won't until a massive 08 crash happens again. I really like Manny's methodology though when it comes to real estate investing. Basically, don't listen to any frantic market panic - buy and hold till that puppy grows big and healthy and always know what it's worth wth adding upgrades vs selling it outright.

Good book, very practical, though I feel the author overextended himself in trying to cover too many topics at once. I felt the last chapter was very useful and practical!
