Her next novel THE APPETIZER will be released in 2010.

Ni'cola Mitchell is originally from Kingston, Jamaica, currently she resides in North Las Vegas, Nevada with her two daughters, Destani and Diamond. She holds a Bachelors degree of Science in Business Management and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in HealthCare Management. When Ni'cola isn't writing, she loves to spend time with her family and volunteering as a mentor for youth activities.

I loved this story. I coudn't wait to see if Lisa would get caught or not. A lunatic is the best way to describe Lisa. I don't want to spoil the story so it was wonderful. I tell you this is a great read. This is the type of novel you can't put down because you have to know how it ends. I loved, loved, loved it.

I love books where there is a crazy chick! This was a pretty good quick read. There were a few editing issues, but they didn't take away from the story. I look forward to reading more from this author

Suspense and drama from the beginning. This short piece packs a powerful punch. It reads like a familiar movie. I won't give up the title though. Pick it up and you won't be disappointed.

Crazy and Deranged

I have enjoyed all the books I have read by this author and this one is outside the box for her. I did enjoy this novel but I did have a few issues, I think some of the characters were underdeveloped and parts of the story were just thrown in with no explanation coming until chapters later making me ask, “what did I miss?” I will continue to support Ms. Mitchell and I look forward to seeing what she brings to the table next.

Anthony and Lisa Oliver have it all together: the house, the cars, money and the maids. The perfect life or so it seems. One night at dinner when Lisa can’t control her facial expression in response to a question it sends her husband looking for answers. Anthony is so smooth on how he handles the situation. Only he didn't really know his soon to be ex wife Lisa had stalker potential. Lisa is determined to be Mrs. Anthony Oliver again. Lisa plots for 2 years while Anthony has moved on with his life. When Lisa puts her plan into effect, we see this chick is crazy, deranged, and loco all wrapped up in one. The shenanigans Lisa displays will make women leery of all ex wives.

From the outside looking in, Lisa appears to be living the dream. She's happily married to a very loving husband. The reality is Lisa has a past she hopes no one ever finds out. Of course, we all know what's done in the dark comes to the light. What will Lisa do once her world starts to crumble around her?

This was my first read by Ni'Cola Mitchell. I was hooked from the beginning. Mitchell does an excellent job of keeping you on edge. You learn of events in a timely manner, just like being there with the characters. Lisa is a piece of work and wreaks havoc. If you love being on edge, this is the book for you.

Definitely A Cold Piece

I love the title and the book did not disappoint it was so intriguing and suspenseful. Fear will cripple you and stop you from living your full potential but Gabby got her piece back. Just sorry the cost was so great, Anthony should given all that information to the police.

This book was interesting from the very first page. I didn't want to put it down. I have never heard of this author so I was pleasantly surprised by the book. This is definitely going down as a book that I will read again a few years from now. It's a must-read!

This is what you would call Fatal Attraction 2013 (for those of you who remember this movie in the late 80s)! From the first 30 pages of the book, you'll want to just keep reading.
