So many books promise a solution to working with difficult people but fall short. Mapes' book is simple yet invaluable. Her stories are entertaining and thought-provoking . I saw myself in so many of her scenarios and learned her most essential lesson--which I won't give away here. In this appealing, quick read, lie the answers to relieving so much workplace and personal stress. Loved it!

This book was easy to read, funny and worth the read. What a well organized and effective means of improving one's personal communications skills with people who you have difficulty working with on a regular basis.

Overall I enjoyed it. The section about PIG styles, I'm not so sure about. Some fit me (and my PIGs) to a tee, other parts...eh.
