Great conclusion to the duet! Tons of secrets that need to be uncovered and it was a super emotional rollercoaster ride as each one unravelled. I really enjoyed the book, which was well written, and both of the MCs. I kinda felt the duet could have been trimmed a bit and really just made into one book. Just felt like there was a bit of filler that didn't need to be there and it made it slow down a bit for me, but overall, I enjoyed it, would recommend, and will definitely be looking for more by this author.

This is a fantastic conclusion to The Broken and Beautiful duet series. The author does a great job developing Rochelle and Dean's story and brings all the feels. She adds in secrets and answers questions and kept me glued to the pages with all the twists and turns. It's well written with perfectly painted scenes, moves fluidly and is a terrific read.

Restore is the conclusion to The Broken and Beautiful duet by Michelle Fernandez. It continues the romance between Dean and Rochelle, and starts where Resist ended. It is a thrilling chain of events as questions are answered and we find out the truth about their lives. No stone is left unturned and everyone is involved in one way or another. There is deception and betrayal, guilt and regret, forgiveness and love, as this couple fight for their HEA.

Rochelle walked into Dean’s life two months ago, she started as his PA then became his fake girlfriend. However, in reality their relationship has become so much more but now she has been abducted. She is everything to him so Dean is beating himself up over not protecting her, he is angry and struggling to cope with everything. Who has taken her and Why? What do they want and what will he have to do to get her back? Shocking truths keep coming out as Dean has help to find Rochelle. Who has been threatening him and who is the real target?
We find out more about both their childhoods and the events that have haunted them. We learn about Dean’s experience in foster care, why things happened the way they did and the affect that time had on him. A face from her past helps her find out more information about her parents. What will happen when the truths of their past are revealed and nothing is what it seemed. The things they thought they knew are blown apart and they have to face finding out the people in their lives have been hiding things.
Dean is tired with all the lies and secrets, and begins to wonder what she is hiding. With everything going on she hates that she is also lying to him even though she loves him. Is there a chance when she tells him the truth he can forgive her after all the other revelations. Will he win his last fight and be able to retire in peace. I loved how he showed her he loved her and the twist when she watches his fight.
This is a story packed full of revelations so be prepared to be bombarded as the secrets involving both of them come thick and fast. To say I was nerve-racking when I started this book, was an understatement...
I was so freaking nervous that I couldn't start it fast enough...

I've only read one book from this author and you can tell that I loved it right???
Michelle Fernandez was able to capture my heart and soul with just one book and you've been warned...
Her writing is raw and intense, sweet, and with a touch of danger in the mix.
Restore is her latest release and it's the second book from The Broken and Beautiful series.
But guys, this book is not a standalone therefore you must read Resist first or else you won't be able to understand this book.
This book explores the lives of Dean and Rochelle.
When Rochelle was given the job of investigating the threats made to Dean, a middleweight champion, under the pretense of being his fake girlfriend, they couldn't prevent their hearts from being lost in the process and...
Guys, I was so mad when the first book ended because I needed more from these two.
I needed to know what the hell had happened...why? How? Who?
Yeah, yeah, I know that I sound crazy but I do not care...
It was how I was feeling and I needed answers.
This book was spectacular in every way.
I was able to get all the answers I was looking for and I did not see that coming.
The level of danger and drama are so intense that made me shaken.
One minute I was cursing and the other I was in tears...
I loved this book so much but that didn't prevent my want to hurt someone for being so dense...

The store progressed smoothly, despite all the danger.
Love the characters and I'm a bit sad because it's over.

You must read "Resist" before "Restore," or it won't make much sense. This is a beautiful study of how people fall in love and hurt each other in ways that can only apply to this particular couple. My review is a bit late because I had to go back and do that! Dean and Rochelle meet because she is assigned by her older brother and boss at a security agency to gather data on why someone is threatening him and his gyms. In the first book, they fall hard for each other and break all the rules. At the end of the first book, he is furious with her for withholding the security agency part and kicks her out. This story is about how they find each other again. He is a middleweight boxer, which I found out is not a huge person--usually about 160-165 lbs, and 5'10' or so, but beautifully muscled and fit. Incidentally, her father was a heavyweight boxer, whom she always thought was murdered. They have more in common than they think, including becoming foster/adopted kids at a young age. Michelle weaves a twisted and complex tale, which ultimately ends in happiness, but we worry about how it will even happen!

Brilliant....simply brilliant. Loved the conclusion to this duet by Michelle, which kept me on the edge of my seat, throughout!
When you think you have the story and its ending all worked out, you realize there is a lot more to this story than Dean and Rochelle falling in love and having their HEA!
Hidden secrets, lies by omission, and an unexpected turn of events leads to Rochelle being drugged and kidnapped. Unknown to Dean, her kidnapper is known to her, and tries to keep her safe from his "boss".
Dean, not forgiving himself for putting Rochelle in danger, does not realize the real reason she is his "pretend girlfriend".
Rochelle hiding her true self from Dean finally reciprocates the love Dean has for her, only to find he cannot forgive her deceit and secrets that she kept from him.
Your heart will break for both Dean and Rochelle with the way their romance ends. I was speechless and had to keep reading well into the wee hours to finish this riveting book. I loved the ending as I am sure that you will too, as they finally get their very deserved HEA!

This is the second book in the series and they must be read in order. This book picks up right where the first one leaves off. Rochelle has been kidnapped from the event. Dean is blaming himself. He knew someone was after him and now Rochelle is paying the price for that. He will get her back. He still doesn’t know the truth about Rochelle though. When Rochelle is rescued, she can’t keep her secret anymore. But how will Dean react. Dean doesn’t have the best track record with people who lie to him. Both Dean and Rochelle are unlocking secrets about their pasts. Learning more about their parents. Will Dean and Rochelle make it through this or will the secret tear them apart? This book was a great conclusion to the duet. Neither expected to fall for the other. But it happened. How will they deal with things now. Both are uncovering things from the pasts and learning to deal with that on top of what is happening between them. I love the characters in this book. I recommend this duet. Great job Michelle.

This book picks up right where Resist left off. Rochelle has been abducted and Dean is worried sick about it! The struggles these two characters have endured made them grow closer! He’s willing to do whatever it takes to get her back! Neither Rochelle or Dean can help their feelings for each other! Rochelle has become very important to Dean and he’s determined to get her back! It seems Rochelle hasn’t been completely honest with Dean about a couple of things. Rochelle is that afraid when Dean learns the truth he will hate her and she could lose him. This book was extremely well written with amazing characters! I throughly enjoyed Rochelle and Dean’s story! Looking forward to reading more by Michelle Fernandez!.

We pick up where we left off. Rochelle has been taken and Dean is beside himself. These two have gotten closer than they should’ve but Rochelle couldn’t help her feelings and Dean is falling right there with her. He has to get her back; she's his world. Rochelle has been keeping a secret from Dean, actually a couple and she’s afraid when he hears the truth he will hate her and she may lose him forever. I loved their story and how it was all wrapped up. A twist I didn’t see coming and all the emotions tied together made for an outstanding read.

The more he digs into who has here the less he finds he knows her. Rochelle has deep secrets and so does Dean. This book was filled with twists and turns that I never saw coming. Some were truly heartbreaking. I really enjoyed reading the conclusion of this duet. These two really fought hard in their journey to happiness.

Book two in the Broken and Beautiful series, I loved this story so much, and thought it was a fantastic conclusion to this incredible duet series. This book does pick up where Resist ended, and it continues the story of Rochelle and Dean. Rochelle is kidnapped, and now Dean blames himself since he knew someone was after him. Now, he will do anything to get her back safe. Rochelle is also hiding a secret, and that ends up coming out. Is Dean going to be able to forgive her (he hates liars). This book was so good. It's fast paced and knows how to keep the readers attention.

This is the second and brilliant conclusion to Rochelle and Dean’s journey and pick straight up from the ending in Resist. This is a well written action-packed emotional roller coaster, with secrets, danger, suspense, intrigue, twists, romance, and love, which leads to an entertaining and unpredictable page turner.

WOOOOOW…Michelle Fernandez has done it again…the conclusion to this series has some serious mind boggling twists & turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat and then make you say…WTHeck? The emotions run hot and deep in anger, love, steam and pain. When the truths come out will Dean and Rochelle ring the bell or do they lose it all? Of course, I loved every minute of it!!!

Michelle Fernandez knows how to write a story! SECRETS! Everyone has them and she drew each character's secret out in the most thought provoking way. I loved this duet. Each character drew you into their world emotionally with each secret revealed. I highly recommend Resist and Restored to all readers.

I loved getting to dig back in to Dean and Rochelle's story. We get deeper into their lives, the ups and downs, and their pasts. This story has twists and turns, a coaster ride of emotions, and definitely some tears. This story completely pulled me in and worked well! It's a great duet and a must on any list.

This book starts out by picking up right at the cliffhanger of Resist. They're the perfect power couple. Until secrets tear them apart. The story is fast-paced from the beginning, with action and danger, suspense and mystery, secrets and emotions. Absolutely amazing! A perfect conclusion to this duet. Although I would happily read more about them. There was lots happening in this story but this book tied up all the loose ends. It really had me hooked, I was so eager to know what happened next. Overall a really good story that has amazing characters and a fantastic storyline.

This was a heart stopping action packed conclusion. Dean was concerned and beside himself with worry after Rochelle was taken. Rochelle hasn't shared all of her past with Dean and has a secret she hasn't shared with him. There were so many twists and turns while before they could reach their HEA.

The conclusion to Rochelle and Dean's story, absolutely mind blowing read, hard to believe this author is a normal everyday working housewife and mum, that writes when she can. Absolutely loved this book.

Rochelle has come to mean a lot to Dean a boxer with an upcoming fight . They both have pasts that are not a classic family story . I love where the book took me and how complete the plot is .
