fast paced
A good book in series, with about everything. Magic, underworld, violence, drama, suspense, monster, and romance. I hope there is another book in series, because this was left open.

Great story
Light read fun and exciting, all of the necessary elements are in place , the hero beats himself up a bit more than needed but that makes it more real as we as people do that to ourselves so it's very relatable.
