It's a valuable resource and I, myself who suffer from crippling anxiety found this guide to be useful and helpful. This is why I was very happy when I discovered this book and was very satisfied with the help it provides. I thought this book had a lot of great pointers for people like me with anxiety and depression. I think it might be a little hard for some to get into, because it seems very technical, but I have a nursing background, and really enjoyed it.
