When Reagan shows up inquiring about an apartment, Eli knew right away that the human was his mate. Now more bodies are dropping, and Eli is determined to figure this out while keeping Reagan out of harm’s way. Not a simple job, but one Eli thoroughly enjoys as he gets to know Reagan and their nights burn with passion.

Another human wounded...with a gut wound.. lacked originality as this was already done a few books back..

Plus, the reason behind all the murders is lukewarm... it would carry more weight if it wasn't all centered at the apartment building.
