As expected, this will be good as a future reference, particularly in terms of garnering support for/ how to communicate strategic financial plans to upper management and teams of employees. But it's largely geared to corporate accounting, meaning not a lot of specifically helpful tips for non-profit controllers. Still good info, though, lots to think about. A valuable read.
