"From Dark to Light" is a collection of poems that reflects my personal journey from depression, anxiety, directionlessness, to transformation, healing, and blissful states of existence. The poems explore the depths of despair, the rawness of desire, and the beauty that can be found even in the darkest moments. Through writing, I was able to grapple with the complexities of the human experience and find a way forward even in the face of adversity. The theme of transformation lies at the heart of this collection, I share my deep personal experiences with meditation, breathing, mental techniques, and other modalities. They helped me discover meaning and purpose in life, explore the depth of my consciousness, and live bliss. I want these poems to inspire you to explore your own inner journey from darkness to light.
