This publication was indeed a common guide, yet I found it applicable and helpful. It was also quite informative, with practical situations and dialogues. Bernard Hartley seemed to do a good job in composing this publication. I think it can be applied for most people due to the content, conversations and contexts which went alongside. Personally, this publication proved to be usable for me. I appreciated this publication for the content and its approach.
