I've read a handful of books on grief since since losing my son. These are designed to be read in intervals throughout the first year of loss and have been the best ones I have read.

This is a series of 4, with 1 book every 3 months after loss. I found the emotions spot on and it to be comforting.

Such a great guide through grief. I always share it with friends and family navigating life after losing a loved one. Still refer to it once in a while after more losses.
