I have to admit that I didn't read this cover to cover, but dipped in and out to read the bits I thought would be more relevant. An interesting read in places, and includes some exercises and ideas that can easily be translated into a more modern training system. Loved all the hand-drawn figures - I kind of miss those in this day of superb photography.
