High recomended for every one get more toned and healthy body's system. I just bought a Bosu Ball and ordered this book sight-unseen from Amazon. Was I ever delighted! The book has information about your body core, balancing, and all the Bosu basics and exercises. The illustrations are exact and tell you what to do step by step. Even a person as visually challenged as I am can follow these directions. I love the book and it makes my Bosu Ball worth the money I spent on it.

I keep this book open on a table by my BOSU. It is easy to understand. Clear instructions of exercises with good pictures along with cues and variations.
