This book was full of facts and I was interested in it. I was also a little sad after reading this book since it included some very sad events that happened in Stephen Hawking's life. He was very smart as a child and he enjoyed breaking things apart and rebuilding them. As a child, Stephen was very bright and he even went to Cambridge University. Although when he returned home, his parents observed some major changes in Stephen. His voice started to slur and he was weaker. This fact was new to me since Stephen was a normal child when he was younger. I was inspired by this book because Stephen had a disease and he still pushed through. He made so many new discoveries and he has helped several scientists learn more. He married a loving wife and had children. Stephen Hawking also started to appear on television because of his discoveries. I was surprised by this since he had a disease and he still was able to go so far. He later got divorced and remarried another woman. His ex-wife left him since she wanted to pursue her own dreams. Stephen Hawking has been an important person in the history of science.

My first symptoms of ALS occurred in 2014, but was diagnosed in 2016. I had severe symptoms ranging from shortness of breath, balance problems, couldn't walk without a walker or a power chair, i had difficulty swallowing and fatigue. I was given medications which helped but only for a short burst of time, then I decided to try alternative measures and began on ALS Formula treatment from Tree of Life Health clinic. It has made a tremendous difference for me (Visit w w w. treeoflifeherbalclinic .com ). I had improved walking balance, increased appetite, muscle strength, improved eyesight and others. ]

I think that this book is one of my favorite biography that I have ever read. I learned a lot that I did not know about Stephen Hawking like that he graduated from Oxford University at the age of 17 when some people start University when they are 18.

He is a theoretical physicist and cosmologist. He is very interested in our galaxy and how it works. I would have children read this book one to learn about his disease and two to learn about what a physics and cosmologist does. And more about our galaxy.
