It did its job and was a chill read. Maybe unfair with a 3/5 in a way because of its nature. Interesting subject. I was most interested in everything I could connect to God of War and in the stories that are not about humans.

It's a shame actually. If I had reviewed this a few years ago I would have given it 5 stars. But now rereading it, I can't help but argue with his (mostly) baseless conclusions regarding Norse Mythology. I suppose it's just from a very different era. Still giving it a 3 stars for nostalgia's sake though.

Förtjänar antagligen ett bättre betyg, men det känns som att översättningen kunde ha varit bättre.

Informative on the Nordic stories but a little hard to read at times.
