Absolutely useless book.

A brief gist of the book: gather a crowd of people in one place, start aimlessly analyzing changes in the environment, study your system, fantasize how to improve it on the basis of previous analytical work.

That is basically it.

In principle, the approach itself has the right to exist, although there are many points where you can challenge many of the assumptions of this method.

The problem is that the book is more than 300 pages long, and 95% of them are just garbage.

At the beginning of the book 40-50 pages are spent on empty talk about how cool their method is, and how it has been successfully applied here and there. And then, after about another 10 pages, the author laments that one book can hardly fit all their advice and practical experience.

Appreciate the irony of this point:)
I am not a book writer, but something tells me that wasting so many pages on an empty talk and the lack of space for practical stuff, are somehow positively correlated.

It gets worse from there by the way, the usual tales on how the world has become turbulent, etc. Well, thanks Captain Obvious.

In general, what could have been explained in 10 pages was smeared across 300 pages, with a corresponding result to the quality of the content.
