This book gives us some parameters based on the Hagakure, the Bushido and the Zen philosophy for applying in the leadership and in the business life. By following these parameters we would be able to achieve great things and growth in our personal and company life. This way of life is supported by many success scenarios depicted through the book, representing a proposal for changing the way we do what we do as an improvement. The book kind of breaks the forth wall by establishing an internal dialogue that represents the views and thoughts of the reader.
