Muties toy soldiers is book number two in a series of six comic books that were created in the idea of being different than the normal Marvel comic books. The idea was that they would be more like the Twilight Zone in Theory. Each story has a different main character and comes from a different location around the world.
I will keep this very simple. I did not care for this one at all. I found it weak and story, in character, and the idea behind it is very childish. It fails completely to meet my expectations as a serious comic book. In fact I feel that the whole series was a waste of time. The reason I read them all was see if they improved. There's actually only one good one. This was not it.
