This was a very fun book to read to my son! With all the nursery rhymes in it there was so many interesting poem types on every page. Each page had different rhymes, so it was like reading five books in on! I know a class of young children would love this book because they would know some of the rhymes and could really interact with the read.

Brief Description: Well-known nursery rhymes told with dinosaurs.
Having known these nursery rhymes one would think that this would be old hat, but the illustrations really make this book memorable. The dinosaurs look quite odd yet somehow appropro in the book. The colors are vibrant and the words large enough for early readers. Children and adults alike will thoroughly enjoy this book. Alibris says of this twist on nursery rhymes that it is “Illustrated with colorful cartoon-style drawings,” and I definitely agree, this is one of the book’s most important assets. In addition Children’s Literature says “ As much as children love dinosaurs they will be delighted by the humorous involvement of dinosaurs in popular rhymes.” Truly kids who enjoy dinosaurs (and what kids don’t?) will love this story. The reviews are helpful in pointing out the most valuable factors with this book.

such a creative book. The author reworked nursery rhymes amd included dinosaur bits in them.
