Volume 2 was a much easier and enjoyable read. Following primarily the granddaughter of Genghis Khan as she tries to prove women can be warriors just as strong as men and no longer jumping all over time and space really benefited the read. She runs into our lead and the two are clearly going to be interacting more and more as it continues. I look forward to more!

A good, but confusing story, well illustrated. The main character is hard to get to know. The premise is strong, and might be executed well further into the story.

Much less confusing than the first book. A few things about the story bother me a bit :x but the art is beautiful and I think I will overall enjoy the rest of the series.
