The mayoress of Badreine promises her townsfolk that Geralt will solve the foglet crisis before another child is killed. As we see disturbing visions of some other boy's past, Geralt gleans information about the killed child from his mourning mother.

The Witcher is roaming the continent taking on contracts and generally Witchering. Geralt takes a contract to rid a town of Foglets. However, when the Fogelt's begin speaking to Geralt he suspects there is more to this contract than anyone wants to admit. The artwork here was very close the artwork of the Witcher 3, which I loved. The plot to this one was gripping and typical Witcher - monsters are everywhere, even in the unlikeliest of places, and the concept of evil is difficult to pin down. Rating: 4/5 stars
