A great companion read to the raft of books that discuss bounded rationality and cognitive biases. Rosenzweig demonstrates that the lessons of the behavioural economist's 'laboratory' with respect to human vulnerabilities such as overconfidence can't always be applied to the complexity of strategic decision making, where leaders are aiming for a relative advantage over competitors and must mobilise their workforce to achieve goals.
