Threads together a lot of small CEO examples. Decent book for early to mid career people. Most of the examples are from highly successful (resourced) leaders who have the ability to step away, hit reset and Discover Their moral compass. Updated with a lot of COVID and DEI examples. Full DEI chapter towards the end.
Some good questions at the end of each chapter.
