When infatuation turns to obsession... sometimes the only thing left is a game of survival.
In her second year at Blackthorn Academy, Blaire faces challenges not only academically but also in her Korrena bond with Lukas. Though she’d been warned possessive jealousy was part of Vasirian pair bonding, this insidious green-eyed monster catches Blaire unprepared. Harsh words fly as issues of trust and respect shake the foundation of their fragile newborn partnership.
When Blaire withdraws from the academy without a word to anyone, her friends pull together to reunite the two people everyone believes are destined to be together.
But more than one clue leads them to suspect a darker Blaire never left.

Ok where to start, I mean I loved it, I was hooked all the way to the end, I want to have words with Stephanie for putting me through so many pages of tension, worry , anxiety and did I get reward at the end, no I got more worry and now I have no book 3 and I need to know (well can’t tell you that as spoilers)
Needless to say from my rant I loved this so much, I still love Blaire and Lukas, I admit there were times I questioned Lukas’s behaviour, but it all came to good in the end, I really hope Angelo Moretti gets what’s coming and why do I know that book three will probably be more worry and anxiety through the pages, I’m a stress reader, I can’t help but do it when I care about the characters. I love Riley more and more, I hope we get to see more of Seth and her, also I’m sure there’s something with Charlotte, which I’d love to see more of her and her mum.
If I could give this 10 stars I would , I really love this series, it’s so easy to fall into the pages and get absorbed into their world, my only criticism is the withdrawal I have at the end and no more book to read. I’m obsessed in a great way
This could have been an e-mail Like all the supposed character development that happened through the first book was deleted and we kinda started from square one . Miscommunication and characters being stupid like they were stubborn for no reason . This felt like a filler to me ngl I skimmed through most of the book .
I received an advance review copy for free, and I have read this book and giving my honest review.
This is the second book in the series.
I could not put this book down , had to read from page 1 to end. What a book, full of tender, sexy, love. Made me mad in parts, had a tear plus it had a twist along the way.
The book comes alive, so exciting, you have to read this book yourself you will enjoy it .
I cannot wait to see what happens in book 3 as it left you on a Cliff hanger.
I enjoyed this book (the second book) more than the first book. I was very irritated with Blaire in the first book. However, during this book, I was in shock and an emotional mess because of the situation at hand. The cliffhanger has me dying because now I have to wait until October for the next book! I am on edge about what could happen in the next book and hope that Blaire chooses wisely. I am still irritated that Blaire will not change into a Vasirian because it would allow everyone’s heart rate to beat at a normal pace while reading this series. I want to kick Angelo’s butt because he and his daughter just caused so much drama. I did feel for Blaire more in this book especially about the blood thing because when she is ready is when everything should happen. I would already have chosen to be a Vasirian and I feel for Lukas because he is just an emotional wreck during this book. I cannot wait for the next book! I am very anxious to see how Blaire and Lukas get through everything together or if they don’t. Seriously, the cliffhanger killed me with all the information given at the end but definitely worth the read (if you can get over any irritation you have with Blaire in the first book 🤣). Also, I need the playlist to be on Spotify, even though I know some of it was on YouTube only. I love listening to playlists created by the authors as I read.
Stolen Bonds picks up a few months after Mark of the Vasirian and follows Blaire and Lukas with their Korrena journey. Each is faced with jealousy and the pressing issue of Blaire’s humanity.
There was a lot more involved in this sequel, which really helped when sometimes it became a little repetitive to just have Blaire and Lukas fighting over the same things. There is major trauma Blaire faces, we find out her purpose and what the Order wants with her, there seems to be more possible pairs forming, and some new interesting characters that I can’t wait to learn more about in the next book.
I love how spicy this book good. You could *feel* the heat between Lucas and Blaire, it was so well written.
Did somethings feel a little repetitive or drawn out? Yes. But overall, the storyline kept me invested and I can’t wait to see what happens!

While book one was a delightful slow burn this book was torturous turmoil from start to finish. It took me a lot longer to finish than the 1st book bc I was screaming crying and throwing up opposed to giggling and kicking my feet. I don't want to say too much bc I don't want to spoil anything. But read this beautiful disaster then immediately pick up book 3 because hello cliffhanger!!! I need therapy after this emotional roller-coaster but I loved it.
I was a huge fan of the first novel, and the second was definitely darker and had some unexpected twists. It was just as good as the debut novel, and I can't believe she is a new author. I really need more
The story concept is great, the writing is just a little… I don’t know not really bad but not brilliant either!
I don’t really like any of the characters don’t hate them or anything but yano 🤷🏽♀️ I found myself skipping pages of this book as it was a little boring and repetitive.
4.5 stars! For book 2, the angst continues, the tension is amped up, and the story gets more and more interesting. Blaire and Lukas have sealed their bond, and things are generally much better in their world. But a new bond brings heightened jealously, not to mention the increased protectiveness and anxiety Lukas experiences because Blaire is human and more vulnerable. There is most definitely an effort by both of them to communicate better with each other, but it doesn’t remove the frustration Blaire continues to feel, the thoughts that she is less than because she is “merely human” and Lukas will never fully accept her. And as their jealousy ramps up, on both sides, things become more and more heated, culminated in Blaire’s sudden disappearance from campus. But there is a much more sinister plot at play, coming from more than one source, and neither Blaire nor Lukas is immune to the manipulations and games that are being played. While Lukas is made to believe Blaire willingly left school, only fueling his ongoing and deep seated fears of abandonment, Blaire is in a fight for her life, as an obsession and a desire for power have placed her in a very precarious and dangerous position with no way out. The struggles that Lukas and Blaire grapple with individually are difficult and are really an extension of the hesitation and issues they dealt with in book one, and when things truly come to a head in this book, they have to make hard choices and decide what do they really want for themselves and each other. Oh, and let’s not forget the prophecy that the Oracle continues to trickle down to them, adding even more mystery to their already challenging situation. That component as well adds some additional mystery to this overall story. Ultimately, this book is a stepping stone for them and their relationship, because during their separation, an even bigger and more painful obstacle is thrown in their path, and it might be the hardest to overcome yet - only book 3 will tell, I suppose. But as we are left with another precarious cliffhanger going into the next book in the series, I found myself fully invested in this story, and need to know more.
This book definitely felt stronger in it’s overall tone. I may or may not have stayed up way too late trying to get to a reunion between Blaire and Lukas, even though I didn’t even know when that would happen, because I needed to see them back together again. The tension level, especially for the middle to last part of the book, was ramped way up, and I was completely engrossed. The bond between Lukas and Blaire is so interesting, the emotional connection and how it feeds between them, but also the physical and mental component. Even when things seem impossible, there are kernels of hope, and it keeps thing moving and interesting right to the end. Book three is sure to be a ride.
The start of this book was well written and the writing style was just like the first book in this series, which is something I appreciate (I hate when authors change the style in the middle of writing a series). I loved the bond that was between the two main characters and the growth that came from them after the first book.
The main reason for the three-star review is that I felt like the kidnapping lasted for WAY too long. They are in a sense a bunch of vampires and yet they couldn't find the girl that was hidden right underneath them. I got bored reading page after page of what I felt like was the same thing over and over. It almost felt like the author ran out of ideas and just decided to rewrite the same ones she already did. However, that isn't the only reason. I hated the breaking of the bond between the two main characters. I felt this was completely unnecessary and played no part in the character development (in fact it drove me crazy).
Although this book was only three stars, after I found myself finishing it, I once again grabbed the next one right away and began reading. There's something about this series/author that keeps you hooked and wanting to read more.
This is a continuation of book one and while you can read book two as a stand alone, I don't recommend it. You'll just miss out on to much fun :)
I had to read this book twice, like with book one its puts you through your paces. Book 2 is much darker, taking you along a winding path to your final destination and then goes oh I'm sorry, but did you think it was the end. Stephanie lulls you with a false sense of safety only to throw out the boat and watch you drown.
It's really a love/hate relationship with the main characters, I honestly can't say I love them all the time or hate them all time and I LOVE THAT. Being able to cheer, cry, scream and get so angry with them is so much fun. It's what keeps me wanting more.
Secondly, can someone please, please save me from the ever present B****** who think just cause Daddy s*** you out with a silver spoon in your mouth you can get everything!
This was a great second part to the series.
I really enjoyed that things didn't immediately go from angsty in the first book to all Roses and sunshine. The way that the MCs are still dealing with their problems yet still fight to work on their relationship and themselves, UNTIL DUN DUN, you'll have to read it to find out.
I am a little saddened that, that evil C basically gets away with what she did. I hope there is some ass whopping coming her way in the next book!
A unique vampire saga! Book two takes a deeper dive into the Vasirian world and the inner workings of the Korrenna bond.
Stolen Bonds sent me on an emotional rollercoaster where the highs were high but the lows were the most heartbreaking. The spice hits fast and it is delicious!
I can’t wait for book three! This series has me HOOKED.
⭐️4.5 stars ⭐️🌶️Hot x3.5🌶️ Really a 4.5 star book. I liked this one a little better than the first book. Great continuation of the series and had me hooked at the end where I couldn’t put the book down. I had to know what happened. Also a great way to get the readers to want to know more and continue reading the next book in the series. I liked that I didn’t have to wait until the very end for the tides to turn in the favor of the main characters. I was screaming “NO” so hard during most of the book to not believe what the FMC was hearing and seeing. I also liked the different “perspectives” of the supporting characters. It’s definitely stirred a lot of questions about how the plot is going to continue. I am excited to read more in the series ◡̈
Picking up a few months after Mark of the Vasirian, which I highly recommend reading to fully enjoy this story, Blaire is still learning about the Korrena bond she has with Lukas. She finds out the bond can cause jealousy, but she is confident that she and Lukas can work through any issues.
The storyline moves at an impressive rate and I flew through the story. Without giving too much away, we learn more about the plans the Order has for Blaire.
The dynamics of Lukas and Blaire's relationship is so good! You could feel the tension between them throughout the book. The story does end on a cliffhanger, but the next book is on its way!
Stolen Bonds ebook is available for preorder here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C3C4NTBK for May 9, 2023 release. Already deep into the edits of book three! Thank you for your continued support!
Sigh! I devoured the first book. Unfortunately this book just p!$$ed me of basically. 💥 Spoilers ahead
Lukas & Blaire are separated for half of the book which ok fine. But dang are they both so gullible to believe the worst of the other. Blaire being kidnapped believed her kidnapper when they show her "evidence" of Lukas not wanting to be her Korrea. These ppl are abusing u, feeding from u, almost r@ping her, and yet she still believes them. Then you have the other dum@$$ who think Blaire left of her free will....doesn't question why Clarissa the daughter of the leader of the Order who wants to jump his pants is now his new roommate. I feel like he doesn't try hard enough to get rid of her. Even if the school won't let you switch roommates mid school year. Go sleep in Aidans room even if it's on the floor. What do you think your Korrea is going to think if she finds out you are rooming with a shameless skank. Lukas is all sad and has no emotion with the loss of Blaire, so much as not think much about Clarissa sitting on his lap at lunch while trying to feel him up and kiss him. Instead of being filled with rage because she is disrespecting him and repulsed by her...he just lets her. It's Aidan that has to call him out on it. Later Lukas is telling Blaire that it was a misunderstanding he pushed Clarissa off. ONLY because your friends called you out on it! The side characters are really the saving grace for this book. Ryleigh and Aidan are amazing friends. I honestly felt like DNF this book but I know both Ryleigh and Aidan will have their own book in the series so I'm going to try and power thru the rest of the series.
2.5 ⭐️ this book wasn’t bad it was just very repetitive and the constant POV change without context was confusing. I feel like i know where this series is going (it’s pretty obvious) and it could’ve been condensed into 2, maybe 3 books. i feel as though the author is trying to stretch out pretty basic ideas by adding lots of unnecessary conflict and making it last longer than it needs to be. the writing is bland and lukas? i don’t like him and if i don’t like the love interest, the book isn’t for me. the last book was near perfection but this one and just wasn’t it for me. i didn’t like the tropes and i have no desire to finish of the series, especially as it is quite predictable but also confusing somehow.
EDIT now that i realize that the last two books are about other characters i might continue reading later because i though this series was gonna be the full five books long which would’ve been a drag. i’m really curious for aiden and charlottes story but even more curious for seth’s and rileys. definitely might try them at a later date. i don’t think ill be finishing lukas and blaine’s story though 😬
Okay this book is honestly so rubbish. Both the characters required their friends for them to get close. in fact it felt like theirs wasn't a relationship between 2 people but 7 people. like everytime one of them did something wrong, their friends would have make them realise that before they themselves realised it.
I honestly dnf-ed this book by 165 pages. couldn't force myself to continue on with this madness. How can 2 people live together, breath together continuously for 4-5 months and still not trust each other?? I'm so angry with this book for ruining my expectations or this whole story. This plot had so much potential. I should have listened to my inner voice when in the first book itself it felt weird.
I definitely need to read something better before going to sleep or else I won't be able to sleep.

Wow! It seems I’m reentering my vampire era eighths series and I’m not mad! The book picks up where the first left off and wow does a lot happen! Like the first book I was immediately sucked in and the plot quickly developed. While I did enjoy reading this story and am excited for the rest, I will say I’m getting tired of the constant miss-communication between Lukas and Briar and the story line with Clarissa felt very cringe.
Over all tho I feel like it’s important to know I basically binged this book so I’m really interested in seeing where this series goes!
I only have one thing to say: do yourself a favor and read this book! I read it in 3 days. I would have given it 4 stars, due to the long, long LONG! period where Lukas and Blaire were separated, but I must admit, the story wouldn’t be the same if the seperation was cut short. I often find some of the side characters in a story a bit irrelevent and boring, but I really love all the characters appearing in this book universe! If you, as myself, love a book with lots of romance but still having a plot other than the romance as well, you should definitely read this book series. I highly recommend🌟
This was a fun, easy read. I am really enjoying this series. I can't say much without spoiling the series, but where the first book is primarily romance, the plot thickens in the second book. There is still Romance, and spice, but a bit more character development. There are dark themes, but it isn't too heavy (in my view). You don't have to think to hard about it. If you like the Vampire Diaries you'll like this. I rated it 4.5 stars but rounded up. Looking forward to the next book!

This second part to Lukas and Blaire's story kept me on edge the ENTIRE time. While we figure out why Blaire is so special, I still wish we had gotten a bit more. I know more information will come from the second book, it still feels a bit... Idk honestly. Maybe I just need to be patient. These two need to be able to catch a break eventually though, right?
Right?!
I absolutely love this series and I'm so excited to read the third book.
