Fascinating read. Dr. Moody seems to have a very objective approach in exploring near death experiences. Yet, it is clear that the cases he has heard has made him into a believer that the there is a soul or spirit which can exist separate from the body. He has reviewed thousands of cases to tell their similarities and differences. He even looks at how well these accounts align with various teachings and accounts throughout history. Being written in 1975, before the internet and social media, I find it especially fascinating that in many cases people would not have heard these stories, yet the similarities in their cases is remarkable.
