How wearing the Full Armour of God protects you & prepares you for spiritual combat. This book is superb; however it goes into a detailed history of grisly weapons (referring to them as "beautiful") & Christian martyrdom, which is all very offputting & detracts from the spiritual aspect. After the historical foray, the book returns to its essential concepts, outlining the use of the Full Armour & the necessary spiritual training needed, prior to its effective use. A deeply discerning Christian book. Highly recommended.
