Interesting. The book is laid out with a narrative on the left pages and informational text on the right pages. I read all the left pages first, then reread the book reading only the right pages. Made way more sense to do it that way. The nonfiction part got repetitive. The authors really push chiropractic care, but my understanding is there are two kinds of chiropractors. So how do you find the kind that they recommend? The book has a list of chiropractors organized by state, but I imagine it's changed since the book was published.
Overall, interesting, could have been better with more nuts and bolts of the theory.
