Considering this was published in the 90's, there are a few cute designs, especially the fish. Some of the designs are now, well, more vintage.

Synopsis: An okay intro for me as a beading beginner.

Most of the patterns are pretty dated and not my style, but the directions are thorough. I think I'll have to borrow this one again once everything is unpacked.

I bought this book back before I had children and made a few of the earrings which came out beautiful but I found it far too time consuming to try anything more advanced. The projects in this book are gorgeous and each one is beautifully photographed, the instructions are also illustrated and very clear. I just don't have the patience to string all of those little beads.
