Captivated is the perfect title for this high energy book! You won’t want to put it down. Jessica does a great job in developing the personalities of the characters. Can’t wait to read the next one!

Those who like hot romances should definitely pick Jessica Rooker's book 'Captivated'. It is a wonderful story about Amelia and Quinton. Quinton is a playboy who keeps on having parties and has one-night stands. Till now, he hasn't found a single woman who could keep him hooked just to her.
When Quinton went to Amelia Island to explore the property, he met the owner Amelia Johansson. Amelia, who is stuck in her unhappy marriage, fell for Quinton in the first look. She found him sexy. Quinton wanted to win Amelia but there is one small problem that Amelia is married.
Amelia has a fantasy about a loving husband who respects her. Will Quinton fulfill this fantasy of hers? The narration is smooth and strong. The title of the book is suitable according to the story. The book is gripping and I couldn't put it down. Although the novel is lengthy you won't realize as the story is quite interesting. A true romance fan like me would adore this story. A book worth reading. I can't wait to get my hands on the second book in the series.

Sometimes she loves imagining a different life. In that life, she married the love of her life, has a husband who adores and respects her.
One day Quinton's assistant booked a stay at Amelia Island for Quinton. When Quinton visited there, Amelia found him sexy. For the first time in the past ten years, she felt alive. Read this book to know what happens next.

I love reading hot romantic stories. Jessica Rooker's Captivated is a book that fits my reading taste. Amelia Johansson is an innkeeper of Amelia's Bed and Breakfast. She has been married to her husband Eric for ten years but the marriage isn't the kind she wanted.
Amelia doesn't even feel like touching her husband. Even though Eric gives many gifts, their relationship isn't a happy one. When Amelia's eyes fell on one of her guests Quinton Starks, she realized she had never entertained the thought of another man. Quinton is attractive and he also fell for Amelia.
What will happen between the two? Will Amelia live the same life full of abuse or does she give Quinton a chance? The story is well paced and I binge read it. The characters are written well by the author and they feel real. I enjoyed every bit of this book and want to recommend it to my fellow readers.

In book one of Captivated series, Amelia finds herself having to choose between her emotionally abusive and draining husband or a new romance that is everything she could ever dream of. Will she remain with her spouse or will she choose the man of her dreams? If you like excitement, hot romance, and adventure, this book is for you. The incredible details had me hanging on to each word! I cannot wait to read book 2 to find out what lies ahead for Amelia.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this hot and heavy romance. It really draws you in with all the details and leaves you with plenty of imagination “if you know what I mean”. I can’t wait for book two. It really leaves one craving for more.

This book was actually written by a friend, and I enjoyed it! She writes so beautifully but make no mistake - this is veryyyyy spicy. Read at your own discretion. ;)
