This is a special book that combines a Tribebook, Clanbook, and Tradition book all in one. Each group in the World of Darkness have their own spacegoats, the little guys who are always gettting kicked around: the vampire Caitiff, the Garou Ronin, and the mage Hollow Ones.

But just because you're not a member doesn't mean you're not tough. Hell, you've got to be down right mean, because you're alone in the night.

This is a Storyteller's supplement, full stop.

It's also pretty firmly 2E and most of what's in here (at least with Vampire) gets written out of canon pretty damned quickly for anyone who knows the system.

That being said? It's a good source for plot hooks and NPC ideas.
