Actually it was very good. It includes some sound advice in the midst of FDA approved gobblespeak. If you don't already know a sufficient amount about vitamins, this will steer you away from homeopathic medicine into the arms of the pharmaceutical industry.

The best of the book is on the B vitamins but everybody know that. Good explanation on Meniere's Disease, and answers concerns about vertigo. Oh wait, I have two of these books this one is the plum colored one. It does have some very good advice.. on burns, memory actually it is pretty good.
