I've been practicing my inherited gardening skills while our world is on the verge of change. My garden has always helped to liberate the mind and I enjoyed this light reading that had a few good tips and humour.

I find anthologies of excerpts can be a bit disappointing, but in this case I liked the choice of texts very much. I actually wanted rather more by Richard Briers himself--I really enjoyed his comments on topics and books--but overall I enjoyed reading it and will use it as a base to find other books and authors, so it fulfilled its function admirably.
